The dynamism in today’s business environment dictates organizations to be more agile in its approaches. In essence, an attractive people management system that embraces the values or principles that are inherent in “going agile”, such as adaptability, transparency, simplicity, and unity may be a plus factor for attracting and maintaining good talents aspired by various organizations.
